The only way to know where your are going is to know where you began. This is divided up into 2 appointments to be scheduled at your convenience and is not a regular training session. We will go through a series of physical tests to see how optimally your core and body are functioning. We will also talk about women’s health issues many mothers face, set goals and evaluate your nutrition. After all the information is gather it will be made available to you online to help you track your progress.

We will talk how you are feeling and address your nutritional needs in order to help you build healthy habits. By the end of this session you will have a good idea of how you can use nutrition to support breastfeeding, get your hormones balanced and lose weight.
