Core care fundamentals is the first step to recovery. It’s a comprehensive video based program designed to regain body function after having a baby. You will learn to activate each component of your core, first separately, then simultaneously.
This program is safe for those with diastasis recti – there are no crunches or planks. Any woman looking to restore core function or tighten up their mommy tummy can utilize this program. It does not matter if your children are  newborn or now adults, if you have never actively restored your core, it probably does not function optimally.
The CORE CARE system is comprised of three parts: priorities, nutrition and fitnessIn-order to workout and eat right, you need to know how to sustainably build and maintain a proper foundation.


In this course we will:

 

Restore rib cage movement for easier breathing and engagement of the upper abdominals

Teach you how to find, engage and relax your entire pelvic floor to create optimal pelvic stability

Train your spine back into a neutral position to achieve ideal posture

Learn how to turn on the entire core before, during and after any activity
