This is an interactive and informative event for postpartum women who want to understand how to find and connect with their core muscles. Go beyond traditional core exercises, get the low down on hormones, nutrition, pelvic and women health. Find answers to why you may not be feeling quite normal.
Most mothers are tempted to get back to their normal workout routine immediately after having a baby. It is a great thing to stay healthy and active but a postpartum body needs special care.
Come socialize with fellow mothers learn about postpartum recovery/fitness. We will learn how to connect with our core muscles. Please bring your own mat, water and towel (possibly a picnic blanket for comfort). It is preferred that no kiddos attend this event because all your attention needs to be focused on reconnecting with your body.

• This is a donation based class $5-$15 per person.
• All participants must sign a waiver before taking class.
• You must be cleared by your doctor for fitness
• Mornings can be cool so wear layers
• Each mother who attends will receive a complementary CORE CARE Fundamentals online course and become a founding member.
