This is an interactive and informative event for postpartum women who want to understand how to find and connect with their core muscles. Go beyond traditional core exercises, get the low down on hormones, nutrition, pelvic and women health. Find answers to why you may not be feeling quite normal.
During our time together will be discussing the 4th trimester and all the things that happen from the moment a baby is born to how to return to fitness safely. After getting acquainted we will do group assessments, discussions and implements the work we have discussed.
We have a lot of information to cover in a short period of time so please arrive early. Come prepared to move. Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat and light snack.
This is a mommy only event but well-behaved children are welcome to attend if you cannot find coverage.
