Join me for a gymnastic strength conditioning workout. You need upper body strength, flexibility and mobility as well as significant core strength to maintain a handstand, L-sit, manna and yoga arm balances. Let’s practice together and get strong together.
I know some great drills and flexibility stuff. We will use parallettes, yoga blocks and a few small balls as props during drills.
• This meetup is not suitable for those who are injured or rehabbing.
• Be prepared to work smart and hard
• Bring your own mat, towel and water
• Bring your ideas and open mind
• Come at anytime during the workout but make sure you are warmed up if you come 15 minutes later than the start time. Donations are welcome but not required.
