Ingredients
- 6 cups white rice flour
- 2 cups potato starch
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 3 tsp xanthum gum
Instructions
- Combine well and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- You can use brown rice flour but it is a bit heavier and requires a bit more moisture.
