Knee Replacement
I found Lencola shortly after my double knee replacement. The joints were inflamed and swollen but with her guidance my mobility, range of motion, strength astonished my doctor. He said that I had the best results out of all his patients. I highly recommend Lencola because she is great a customizing routines. She’s also pretty funny and keeps things entertaining.
Better Posture
Pilates is the only type of exercise that I have done consistently throughout many years. I have improved my posture and strength, which I believe is very important as we age. It is a tremendous form a relaxation, as well, creating space in my spine and relieving tension in my shoulders.
Lencola is able to design an individual program that meets my needs, works toward goals and is fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body both musculature and skeletal. I would highly recommend her.
Improved Endurance
I have back problems and had recently had my hip replaced. Lencola took the time to review my condition, worked with me individually and then graduated me to one of her group classes. I was so impressed with the careful and thoughtful program she designed for me.
Over the 2 years that I worked with her, my posture improved, my strength and endurance increased and even my feet which are flat improved with a small arch! I love Pilates, and highly recommend Lencola as an instructor!
