These virtual or in-person classes are small or large group classes facilitated on zoom. Small groups are a great way to get individual attention and community while large group classes will take you through a continuous flow of exercises. All classes are tailored to those attending.
On-demand classes are prerecorded HD classes. The library contains a variety of classes including but not limited to Pilates, Barre, Sculpt and Restorative movement.
Private & Duet Classes
Private classes give you a great way to hone your skills or work closely with an instructor to create an exercise plan that will work best for you. Can be conducted virtually or in-studio. Sessions may utilize Pilates equipment (chair, spine corrector), stall bars, parallettes, resistance bands, free weights, foam roller, Swiss ball, small balls, myofacial release, and manual stretching.
Workshops are live classes designed for teachers to increase their understanding of the Pilates method and movement. These classes can be freeform or directed workshops.
