These virtual classes are trio or large group classes facilitated on zoom. Trios are a great way to get individual attention and community while large group classes will take you through a continuous flow of exercises.
On-demand classes are prerecorded HD classes. The library contains a variety of classes including but not limited to Pilates, Barre, Sculpt and Restore.
Private classes give you a great way to hone your skills or work closely with an instructor to create an exercise plan that would work best for you.
Labs are live classes designed for the student teacher to increase their understanding of the Pilates method and movement. These classes are freeform or directed workshops.
