Ingredients
  1. 1cup gluten free flour blend
  2. 1/4 cup quick oats
  3. 1/4 cup almond meal
  4. 2 tsp baking powder
  5. 1/4 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 tbsp sugar
  8. 1cup organic wallaby Greek yogurt
  9. 1/2 cup organic milk
  10. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  11. 2 eggs
  12. 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients until fairly smooth.
  2. Let sit while pan is warming.
  3. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. I like making smaller pancakes because they are easier to store, freeze and reheat for the kiddo.
