Ingredients
- 1cup gluten free flour blend
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1cup organic wallaby Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup organic milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients until fairly smooth.
- Let sit while pan is warming.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- I like making smaller pancakes because they are easier to store, freeze and reheat for the kiddo.
