Pilates is the only type of exercise that I have done consistently throughout many years. I have improved my posture and strength, which I believe is very important as we age. It is a tremendous form a relaxation, as well, creating space in my spine and relieving tension in my shoulders.
Lencola is able to design an individual program that meets my needs, works toward goals and is fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body both musculature and skeletal. I would highly recommend her.
