I just got back from Peru and one of the highlights of my trip was a trek up an old Incan Trail to the top of Machu Picchu Mountain, which is 10,047 ft above sea level. It is a very challenging hike because you need to hike 2,100 ft from the base of Machu Picchu, up a very steep and constant ascent. My guide couldn’t believe I hadn’t trained for the trek or worked with a personal trainer to get me in shape to make it to the top. I couldn’t never have done it without you.Susan B.
When I first signed up for a Suspend class; I was terrified. I wasn’t sure I would be able to complete the class and didn’t know if I was strong enough. Lencola walked me through step by step and encouraged me and corrected me. It was so much fun challenging myself. With Lencola’s direction I finished the class feeling happy and accomplished. Pilates gives me a rush of endorphins, confidence and makes me stronger with each class I take. I love to mix up the week with a springboard class, a Suspend class, and a traditional reformer class.
