1 Day Event:

Core Care – Fundamentals: This 2.5 hour event is for postpartum women who want to understanding how to find and connect with their core muscles. Go beyond traditional core exercises. Get the low down on hormones, nutrition, pelvic and women health. Get answers to why you may be feel not quite normal. We start with a group core assessment then enjoy cocktails and questions. Hostesses receive a credit towards private training based on the number of participants. (10 people min)(mat and prop based)

2 Day Workshops:

Core Connect: This 14 hour course is for Pilates and fitness professionals. Dive into the current research used to assess the post-natal body so that you can guide your clients throughout their recovery. Gain skills to give your clients realistic expectations, information about sensitive issues, custom programming and let them know when they should consult a women’s health physiotherapist. You will leave knowing how to assess/analyze your clients seated, standing, prone, supine, in static positions and in motion. You will have a greater appreciation for tensegrity, the pelvis and thorax! (20 people max)(mat and prop based)

1 Day Workshops:

Reformer Progressions: This 8 hour course is for Pilates professionals. Gain technique and insight on to creating reformer classes that train clients into challenging reformer exercises such as tendon stretch, twist, snake, front spits, balance control back and more. (10 people max)(reformer and prop based) 


Master Class:

Have your clients experience a 2 hr Core Connect class. They will leave with a deeper understanding of how to use their core when executing Pilates exercises and throughout life. (25 people max)(mat and prop based)

Reformer Progressions: This 2 hr session will guide students through a progression of Pilates exercises. Studio owners will set an intention for which challenging exercise they want to focus and students will be led through a series of exercises for skill building and execution (ex: thoracic mobility, thoracic stability,  perfect push-ups, standing balance, handstand/inversion conditioning, body weight/strength training).  (10 people max)(reformer, mat and prop based)
