1 Day Workshops:
Reformer Progressions: This 8 hour course is for Pilates professionals. Gain technique and insight on to creating reformer classes that train clients into challenging reformer exercises such as tendon stretch, twist, snake, front spits, balance control back and more. (10 people max)(reformer and prop based)
Have your clients experience a 2 hr Core Connect class. They will leave with a deeper understanding of how to use their core when executing Pilates exercises and throughout life. (25 people max)(mat and prop based)
Reformer Progressions: This 2 hr session will guide students through a progression of Pilates exercises. Studio owners will set an intention for which challenging exercise they want to focus and students will be led through a series of exercises for skill building and execution (ex: thoracic mobility, thoracic stability, perfect push-ups, standing balance, handstand/inversion conditioning, body weight/strength training). (10 people max)(reformer, mat and prop based)
